Purpose and Scope of Application
The TBP-0.4 kV Temporary Adjustable Crossarm (hereinafter ‘TBP’) is used for technical maintenance, overhaul operations, and reconstruction of 0.4 kV power lines.
It is designed for replacing 0.4 kV power line poles, as well as for replacing 0.4 kV overhead line hardware.
ТВР is suitable for live-line work at voltages up to 1000 V.

The TBP crossarm is fabricated from fibreglass-reinforced polymer (FRP) material. Adjustable wire separation is up to 3 meters (maintaining safe clearance from aerial lift equipment); vertical spreader bar positioning is controlled via a rotary hand crank mounted on the right side of the horizontal guide rail.
The ТВР cable permits up to 12 cm of sag relative to the horizontal guide rail — a critical allowance to prevent over-tensioning during vertical spreader bar adjustment.
If cable tension decreases resulting in sag exceeding 12 cm, immediately contact the manufacturer for technical support.
