The insulating blanket is designed to protect workers from accidental contact with live wires and insulators and to prevent short circuits during work in electrical installations and high-voltage lines with voltages up to 35 kV.
The insulating blanket is made of polymer with insulating properties and tested in accordance with requirements of GOST 28259-89.
