Insulating overlay for the automated working platform (AWP) for live-line work with equipment rated up to 1 kV, series ILWP-1, is designed for temporary voltage insulation of the AWP platform.
The upper part of the insulation is made of a polymer tube that protects the handrail from accidental contact with the metal part of the work platform.
The lower part consists of a PVC blanket.
The PVC blanket is attached to the polymer tube using plastic threaded buttons.
The material elasticity allows it to follow the contours of the platform and provide reliable protection from electric shock.
Used on OHLs with voltages of up to 1 kV.
