It is used for temporarily connecting live single-phase overhead line wires with bare wires with a cross-section of 16 mm² to 95 mm², intended for dismantling, replacement, or repair while maintaining current flow in circuits with voltages of up to 1 kV.
Suitable for shunting a circuit section with a load of up to 100 A. Equipped with spring clamps on insulated handles at both ends.
