The SIW-2 insulated supporting wrench is used to hold clamps using a special lower bar during installation to ensure the most accurate mounting of piercing clamps or to break of the breakaway heads of clamps during live-line work with voltages of up to 1000 VAC or 1500 VDC. It can partially replace a wrench due to its hexagonal cut-outs.
Manufactured and tested in accordance with GOST 28259-89.
