Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By this document, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, I freely, voluntarily, and in my own interest provide my unconditional consent to the processing of my personal data by Ervolt LLC, registered under the laws of the Russian Federation at:

This Consent applies to the following personal data:

• Phone Number

• Email Address

• Your Inquiry/Request

2. Scope of Consent

I authorize the Operator to perform the following actions with my personal data, with or without the use of automation tools:

• Collection, systematization, accumulation, storage

• Updating, modification, use, depersonalization

• Any other actions in compliance with Russian law

3. Purposes of Processing

This Consent is granted for the following purposes:

• Providing me with services/work

• Sending notifications related to the services/work

• Preparing and responding to my inquiries

• Sending informational and promotional materials about the Operator’s events/products/services

4. Validity and Withdrawal of Consent

This Consent is valid until revoked by sending a written notice to info@ervolt.pro.

However, the Operator reserves the right to continue processing my personal data without my consent if grounds specified in Clauses 2–11, Part 1, Article 6; Part 2, Article 10; and Part 2, Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, apply.
