TI-1 INSULATED CROSSARM

The TI-1 overhead line crossarm is designed to secure wires to high-voltage power line poles. The high-voltage crossarm design provides protection against short circuits. The crossarm is made of dielectric material, ensuring protection against accidental contact. Special clamps installed at the ends of the crossarm securely hold the wire in place. The crossarm is attached to the pole using the Х-1 clamp. The crossarm has UV protection.

Manufactured and tested in accordance with GOST 58022-2017.

Operating and Maintenance Instructions:

  1. Before installation on the support structure (anchor points, descent devices, clamps, handle, guide rails), the product shall be inspected for the absence of thermal and chemical damage, and a functional test of the product shall be performed, and the following must be verified as absent: cracks, deformations, scoring marks, corrosion and wear traces, foreign objects, and burrs on mating components.
  2. During operation, any modification affecting the product’s structural integrity and performance characteristics is prohibited.
  3. Transportation is permitted by all means of transport in enclosed vehicles and containers, in compliance with the cargo transportation regulations applicable to each transport mode.
  4. Product placement and securing during transportation must prevent shifting, mutual impacts, and contact with vehicle walls.
